Terms of service
1. Seller and scope
The PAT ARROW store at patarrow.pl is operated by Project Management Przemysław Trzeciak, Wojska Polskiego 6/6, 72-010 Police, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 8513066824, REGON 386094306. For orders, withdrawal and complaints, contact kontakt@patarrow.pl or write to this address.
These terms govern purchases of goods and digital content and use of the store's electronic services. A consumer is an individual entering into a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity. Statutory rights granted to an individual entrepreneur whose purchase is not professional in nature remain unaffected.
2. Using the store
Shopping requires internet access, an up-to-date browser and an email address. Reading the digital book requires software supporting PDF. Purchases can be made without an account. Accounts and other voluntarily selected features, including the club, wishlist, availability alerts and newsletter, operate under the rules presented for each service. Requests to discontinue electronic services or complaints about their operation can be sent to the contact address.
Users should provide accurate information needed to fulfil an order. Unlawful content, infringement of others' rights, disruption of the store and unauthorised interference with its systems are prohibited. Data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
3. Products, prices and orders
The product description specifies its features, variant, capacity or dimensions and, for digital content, its format and requirements. A fragrance name or presentation does not replace the description of the ordered variant. Individual perceptions of a fragrance do not restrict statutory rights concerning conformity with the contract.
Prices include applicable taxes. The currency, delivery cost, available payment methods and total amount payable are displayed before placing an order. Customers select products, check the cart, provide the required information and submit the order using a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. They can correct the information and cart contents before submission. A sales contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order and confirms acceptance by email. An acknowledgement of receipt does not replace acceptance if the message clearly distinguishes these steps.
These terms are available before concluding the contract in a form that can be saved and reproduced. Confirmation of the contract and the required information are provided on a durable medium. Changing or cancelling an accepted order requires contacting the Seller; this does not limit statutory withdrawal rights. An unpaid order may be cancelled in accordance with the payment deadline communicated to the Customer, not an undisclosed automatic deadline.
4. Payment and delivery
The methods displayed at checkout are available, including those handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal. Availability depends on the order and market. Naming a provider does not mean that all its services are available. Prepaid orders are processed after payment is received.
Goods orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days of acceptance or, for prepayment, receipt of payment, unless a different period was expressly specified before purchase. Transit time depends on the selected method. Current delivery methods and destinations are described in the shipping policy. Where the carrier was offered by the Seller, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Consumer only on delivery to the Consumer or a designated person other than the carrier. Delivery damage can be reported to the Seller. A damage report and photographs help investigate the matter but are not a condition for retaining statutory rights.
Failure to collect a parcel does not itself constitute the Customer's withdrawal statement. If the parcel is returned, the Seller contacts the Customer to clarify the situation and perform the contract. Any withdrawal by the Seller and settlement follow statutory rules and the shipping policy.
5. The book and other digital content
The book is a digital PDF edition. Purchase does not include a printed copy or physical delivery. File access is provided through a download link after payment is confirmed. If the message is missing, check the spam folder and contact the store. Use is permitted within the licence granted and statutory permitted use. Purchase does not authorise public distribution or resale of the file.
Withdrawal from a contract for paid digital content without a tangible medium is excluded only if all conditions of Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act are met: performance begins with the Consumer's express prior consent; the Consumer was informed beforehand that the right would be lost after performance and acknowledged this; and the required confirmation was provided on a durable medium. If these conditions are not met, labelling the product as digital or downloading the file does not automatically exclude withdrawal. Statutory rights to complain about digital content remain unaffected.
6. Withdrawal
An eligible Customer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. For goods, the period starts on taking possession; for separately delivered items or batches, on receiving the last item or batch. For regular deliveries over a specified period, receipt of the first item applies. For services and digital content, the period starts when the contract is concluded.
Sending an unambiguous statement before the deadline to the Seller's email or postal address is sufficient. The store's form may be used but is not mandatory. Example: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for [product], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, order number, date.” For electronic statements, we confirm receipt on a durable medium.
Goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after the statement is communicated. The Customer bears direct return costs. They may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing original packaging or a photograph is not, by itself, grounds for removing a statutory right.
The exception for opened sealed packaging applies only to goods that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, under Article 38(1)(5). Breaking a seal does not automatically remove all rights. Other statutory exceptions apply only where their conditions are met. Breaking a seal does not exclude complaints.
Payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by the store, are refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving the statement. For goods, the Seller may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first, unless collection was offered. The same payment method is used unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method without additional cost.
7. Complaints
A complaint may be submitted to the contact address, in writing or through the store's form. Identifying the order, describing the non-conformity and specifying the requested remedy is helpful. A receipt, form, photographs or carrier report are not the only acceptable evidence of purchase and are not mandatory conditions for accepting a complaint.
The Seller is responsible to an eligible Customer for non-conformity existing on delivery and becoming apparent within 2 years, unless a longer useful life was specified. The Customer may request repair or replacement and, in statutory cases, a price reduction or withdrawal. Repair or replacement takes place within a reasonable time without excessive inconvenience; the Seller bears the relevant costs, including collection. We respond to a Consumer's complaint within 14 days; failure to respond has the consequences prescribed by law. Complaints about digital content and services are handled under the applicable provisions of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
8. Content rights and disputes
Rights to brand identifiers and store content belong to their respective rightsholders. Users retain rights to their own reviews. Posting a review allows the store to display it within this feature; it does not automatically transfer copyright or authorise unrestricted advertising use. Statutory permitted use remains available.
Information on consumer ombudsman assistance and out-of-court dispute resolution is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. The ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. Access to the competent court remains available. Choosing Polish law does not deprive Consumers of protection under mandatory provisions applicable to their circumstances.
9. Version and changes
This version takes effect on 26.09.2026. Earlier contracts remain subject to the terms applicable when concluded. Changes do not restrict acquired rights or mandatory Customer rights. Procedures are also described in the refund and complaints policy; these documents must respect statutory rights rather than impose additional conditions for losing them.
