Choosing a delivery method
When placing an order using our electronic form, the Customer can choose their preferred delivery method. The selection is made by selecting the appropriate option from the list of available delivery methods offered by the Seller.
Uncollected shipments
If the Customer has not collected the Goods and they are consequently returned to the Seller, we have the right to withdraw from the sales contract. This decision is made after first requesting that the Customer perform the contract by email. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract is sent to the Customer by email.
Refund of payment
In the situation described above, when the Seller withdraws from the contract, the Seller is required to promptly refund the payment received from the Customer for the purchased Goods.
