Effective from: August 19, 2026

1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the PAT ARROW Loyalty Program, hereinafter the "Program", is Project Management Przemysław Trzeciak, address: Wojska Polskiego 6/6, 72-010 Police, Poland, NIP: 8513066824, REGON: 386094306, e-mail address: kontakt@patarrow.pl, hereinafter the "Organizer".

2. The Program is conducted in the PAT ARROW online store available at patarrow.pl.

3. The Program allows individuals who have a customer account to collect points for eligible purchases and subsequently exchange available points for discount coupons.

4. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

5. The Program does not include membership cards, barcodes, tiers, or participation statuses.

2. Participation in the Program

1. Participants in the Program may be adult natural persons holding an active customer account in the PAT ARROW store.

2. Points are assigned to the customer account ID in Shopify. Orders placed without logging in or without assigning them to a customer account will not result in the accrual of points.

3. One person may use one participant account. Participants should protect their login details and must not share their account with other persons.

4. Points, balances, and coupons are assigned to a specific account and cannot be transferred or combined with another account.

3. Accrual of Points

1. A participant receives 1 point for every full 2 PLN of the value of eligible products in an order paid for on or after August 19, 2026, after taking discounts into account. Orders paid for earlier, including orders historically migrated to Shopify, are not covered by the Program.

2. Delivery costs, gift card purchases, and other fees not related to the price of products are not included in the basis for calculating points.

3. An amount less than the next full 2 PLN does not result in the accrual of a partial point. Example: for an eligible value of 329.99 PLN, the system will accrue 164 points.

4. Points are initially marked as pending. They become available 30 days after the date the order is paid for, provided the order has not been previously cancelled or fully returned.

5. If an order is cancelled or fully returned, the points accrued for that order will be cancelled. In the case of a partial return, the number of points will be recalculated based on the value of the products remaining in the order.

6. Points may also be adjusted after they have been made available if, after that time, a return, cancellation, chargeback, finding of abuse, or order value correction occurs.

7. If a participant has already used points that are subsequently subject to adjustment, the balance of available points may be reduced accordingly, even below zero. Subsequent accrued points will first offset such a balance.

8. Points are not electronic money, a means of payment, or a financial instrument. They cannot be withdrawn in cash, sold, or exchanged for money.

9. The Organizer may correct an obvious technical error in the points balance. A participant may file a complaint regarding any such correction.

4. Exchanging Points for Coupons

1. Available points can be exchanged for the following coupons:

• 70 points — 4 PLN coupon,
• 175 points — 10 PLN coupon,
• 350 points — 20 PLN coupon,
• 700 points — 40 PLN coupon,
• 1400 points — 80 PLN coupon.

2. Upon confirmation of the exchange, the appropriate number of points is deducted from the available balance, and the system creates an individual coupon code assigned to the participant's account.

3. Each coupon:

• can be used once,
• is valid for 365 days from the moment of creation,
• can be used exclusively by the customer for whom it was created,
• is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund,
• may be combined with other promotions, product discounts, order-wide discounts, and delivery discounts, if the settings and rules of the other promotion also allow such combination.

4. A coupon cannot reduce the order value below zero. Any unused part of a one-time coupon's value is not returned or carried over to a subsequent purchase.

5. The creation of a coupon itself constitutes the use of points. Resigning from using a valid coupon does not automatically restore the points.

6. If the creation of a coupon fails for technical reasons, the system will restore the deducted points. If automatic restoration is not possible, the Organizer will make a correction upon receiving a notification.

5. Program Balance and History

1. A participant can check their balance of pending, available, and redeemed points, as well as their list of active coupons, after logging into their customer account.

2. Points do not have a set expiration date, subject to the termination of the Program in accordance with point 7.

3. A lack of visible updates immediately after a purchase may result from the time required for the store's system to receive and process payment information.

6. Prohibited Actions

1. It is prohibited to use the Program in a manner inconsistent with its purpose, in particular creating fictitious orders, automating entries, using others' accounts, manipulating returns in order to retain points, or attempting to obtain undue coupons.

2. In the event of a reasonable suspicion of abuse, the Organizer may temporarily suspend the ability to exchange points while the matter is being investigated. The participant will be informed of the reason and will have the opportunity to provide an explanation.

3. Confirmed, unduly accrued points or coupons may be cancelled. Consumer rights resulting from legal provisions remain unchanged.

7. Changes to the Regulations and Termination of the Program

1. The Organizer may change these Regulations for valid reasons, such as changes in legal provisions, changes in the way the Program is provided, the need to eliminate abuse or ensure security, changes in technology, or the introduction of a solution more favorable to participants.

2. Information about a change, its reason, and its effective date will be provided to participants at least 14 days in advance in the store or electronically. Changes will not violate rights acquired before they take effect.

3. The Organizer may terminate the Program for a valid reason by providing at least 30 days' notice. Participants will then receive a period of no less than 60 days to exchange available points and use valid coupons, unless a longer period is specified in the notice of the Program's termination.

4. In the event of the cessation of business or the occurrence of circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, deadlines may be adjusted to comply with applicable law, while respecting the acquired rights of participants.

8. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Program can be submitted:

• by e-mail to kontakt@patarrow.pl,
• in writing to: Wojska Polskiego 6/6, 72-010 Police, Poland,
• via the complaint form available in the PAT ARROW store.

2. The report should contain information allowing for the identification of the account and the event it concerns, as well as a description of the expected resolution. Do not send your account password.

3. The Organizer will respond to a consumer's complaint within 14 days of its receipt, on a durable medium, to the address provided in the report.

4. The complaint procedure does not limit the right to pursue claims based on generally applicable laws.

9. Personal Data

1. The controller of personal data processed in connection with the Program is the Organizer indicated in point 1.

2. Data is processed for the purpose of running the Program, assigning orders and points to the account, creating coupons, handling complaints, preventing abuse, and fulfilling the Organizer's legal obligations.

3. Detailed information on legal grounds, data recipients, storage periods, and the rights of data subjects is contained in the PAT ARROW store's Privacy Policy.

4. Using the Program does not mean automatic consent for marketing. Marketing consents are obtained and managed separately.

10. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, Polish law applies, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and personal data protection regulations.

2. The Regulations are made available free of charge in the PAT ARROW store in a manner that allows for them to be saved and reproduced.

3. No provision of the Regulations excludes or limits consumer rights resulting from mandatory legal provisions.
